Parkwood Studios had its first ever First Friday Art show with 13 Unique artists, including painters, digital artists, sketch artists, photographers, juggler, acoustic band and film photographers across 5000sqft! Finally finishing some of smaller “artistic” projects at the studio! This is something we saw a few years ago at a co-working space in town, we loved the idea! As a photo studio, it made perfect sense to adapt this into something we do in our space. We picked up a Fuji Instax camera and started to take a few images, then they sat on the shelf for 3 months as we got buried by CapturePhotoCon in May! Well, August rolls around and now they have a home by our rear studio entrance (most clients use this door) Just wanted to share! Come down and have your instant photo taken and add it to the wall!

After about a week of work and prep the Parkwood studio floors are refinished in all common areas! The old floors were “tired” from all the renovations, construction & high traffic of shoots & events! The color is based on a Thunder Grey, Art was commissioned from Carlos Rivas of Phoenix AZ. Hope to see you at the next social or educational event! Until then we will be staying cool at 70 degrees at the studio!
