In February Tom Becker & Scott Farence began constructing the second level at Parkwood Studios, this expansion will open the studio up to 350 sq ft more space. The space being expanded and renovated is the existing Colormark Loft over the kitchen & bathrooms, and the newly constructed loft over the large HMUA room adjacent.
The spiral staircase will give us full access to the loft, and will give us the space we need to grow on the first level.
What will change? Well the front “editing bay” desks will now move into the new loft mid March, which free up floor space and rooms to create a new small Studio Five. More to come on that as we finish this construction.
Also in our quest to create a “green” studio and save waste – we upgraded all the lights in the makeup room to LED lights, this will keep it cooler and safe the 
planet!
